Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to ensure that you and your child get the most from your Karma Kids Classes

These Terms & Conditions form the basis of a Contract between You and The Company. Please take the time to read through this document carefully; the following words have the following definitions:

  • ‘The Company’ means Karma Kids Uk Ltd

  • ‘We’ ‘Us’ or ‘Our’ means The Company

  • ‘Guardian’ means a person other than a parent who brings the child to the Lesson

  • ‘You’ or ‘Your’ means the person(s) accepting this Contract

  • ‘Course’ means a block of classes or lessons running once each week concurrently. Different courses have a differing number of classes/lessons.

  • ‘Classes’ or ‘Lessons’ means a single event lasting a specific amount of time.

  • Teacher’ means a Self Employed Contractor provided by The Company who shall teach the Lessons

  • ‘Premises’ means the Karma Kids studio & The Ministry of Yoga building at  Ministry of Yoga and Wellbeing

  • These Terms & Conditions have been written specifically for Karma Kids Uk & cannot be copied or be applied to any other business

Clothes and Footwear suitable for Classes

Children should dress comfortably as they will be moving, sitting on yoga mats and participating in a wide variety of movement & yoga poses . 

Please remove your child's footwear before entering the activity area & place them on the shelves directly outside the Karma Kids studio door 

Children should wear non-slip socks.

Class timing & responsibilities

Parents/Carers should arrive at the studio at the class time, using any one way system set in place by the Ministry of Yoga.

For Parent/Carers please ensure you follow social distancing gov guidance whilst in the main areas of the Ministry of Yoga & masks should be worn.

Please use the QR code check in 

We suggest your child goes to the toilet before the class starts to avoid missing the fun.

Whilst attending classes that require a Parent to be present, please take full responsibility for your child/children at all times & throughout each class

If you wish to bring a younger child under 18 months old to a toddler / 3+ classes along with your toddler / 3+ child who is attending the class, you may do so but you must take full responsibility for both children at all times & throughout each class.

Children must not run or act inappropriately within any part of the Premises. We will not be responsible for any injury or accident caused as a result of children and/or parents failing to abide by these rules and supervise their children at all times, in all parts of the building.

For classes where Parent attendance is not required please either stay in the building or close to the venue.

Your Child’s Health

For the consideration of all, please do not bring a sick child to class. If your child has Covid symptoms or an illness that is contagious, please inform us immediately. Please follow the Gov guidelines if your child has Covid symptoms, they will not be able to return to class until they have had a negative Covid test.

Please check with your doctor for any other illness and take advice before returning to class. 

Should your child be injured or fall ill during class staff are trained in first aid but are NOT permitted to administer medication.

Any relevant medical history, ailments, injuries or special needs your child has must be disclosed to Karma Kids via the Health Form on booking prior to class commencement.

Your child's temperature will be taken on entering the class & sanitiser will be provided to use

If your child has a temperature they will not be able to attend the class

We will be adhering to covid guidelines for kids classes in respect of keeping children in class bubbles & not offering face to face taster classes, so your child will always be in the same class bubble for the duration of the course.


Equipment will be kept to a minimum & will not be shared between children

All equipment & the Karma Kids Uk Ltd studio will be cleaned between classes

To avoid Covid transmission please can you provide your child with their own yoga mat

– No food is to be consumed within the yoga studio.

– Only water in closed containers (no glasses or cups) is to be drunk within the yoga studios. No hot drinks are allowed.

– In the event of a fire, visitors are asked to make their way to the nearest available exit.

Photography and your Child

From time to time, Karma Kids Uk Ltd publishes pictures or video on our Website and general marketing communications. Parents agree that pictures of their children therefore may be taken and used for these purposes. It is Karma Kid’s policy to avoid using pictures that will lead to recognition of children at risk and names of the children will not be published. Please speak to us if you have any concerns


Buggies/Prams & strollers may be kept in the ground floor changing room if required, or outside of the main studio doors by the bike rack.  

Karma Kids Uk Ltd  is not liable for any damage or loss to property whilst in the premises (whether being worn or left in changing rooms) or within the grounds of the premises.

Karma Kids Uk Ltd  will not accept any liability for any accident or injury (including any fatality) to any parent, child, guest or visitor that may occur on the premises or within the grounds/car park of the premises, other than liability which may arise from the negligence of the Company, its staff or its agents. Any such incidents must be reported to the Company immediately.


– The information available on or through this Site, and the Services supplied via or in connection with this Site or at the Karma Kids Uk Ltd does not constitute medical advice and it is your responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice, that your child is fit and well and that such contents and services are suitable for your child. It is not our responsibility to do so. Before commencing any exercise regime, you should consult your doctor.

If at any time during the class, your child feels discomfort or strain, they can gently come out of the posture & may rest at any time during the class.

I understand that any activity delivered by Karma Kids Uk Ltd is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. I should consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga. I recognize that it is my responsibility to notify my teacher of any serious illness or injury before every class. I ensure my child will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain.

I accept that neither the instructor, nor the hosting facility, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of the class. 

Karma Kids Uk Ltd reserves the right to change the class schedule, including cancellation of individual classes and change of instructor without notice

Insurance for your Protection

We will do our utmost to ensure the safety of your child during the classes. However, we are not responsible for accidents on the way to/from or during the Class. We do however carry Public Liability Insurance for your protection.

Payment is due before the start of all classes via our website booking system .

Once your space has been booked you will receive a confirmation email and payment receipt.

Refunds and Cancellations:

Karma Kids Uk Ltd is under no obligation to refund or transfer any monies in the event that your child is unable to attend part of or the entire course. Generally courses are non-refundable, non-transferable and have strict expiration dates.

However, we do understand that children get sick and on occasion, you may miss a class – for this reason, we operate a sickness policy.

If your child is sick & unable to attend before the course starts we will refund you the whole of the course fee if you let us know within 24 hrs of booking of your child being unwell

If your child is sick & will miss a class please let us know however no refund for that class will be available

If you wish to cancel the course you need to let us know within 24 hrs after booking for a full refund, any other cancellation after this time a refund in part may be offered at our discretion

We are not responsible for delays outside our control including, without limitation: (a) acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster; (b) epidemic or pandemic (including any existing epidemic or pandemic); (c) terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots, war, threat of or preparation of war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions, embargo, or breaking off of diplomatic relations; (d) nuclear, chemical or biological contamination or sonic boom; (e) any law or any action taken by a government or public authority; (f) collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident; (g) any strikes, industrial action or lockouts; (h) non-performance by suppliers or subcontractors; and (i) interruption or failure of utility service.

If our supply of the services is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will:

  • contact you as soon as possible to let you know;

  • take steps to minimise the effect of the delay (where possible); and

  • credit the value of the services paid for but not received to be used for the next available course.

Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any services you have paid for but not received.

Your Privacy and Our Records

Karma Kids Uk Ltd values you as a customer and respects your privacy. We may collect certain personally identifiable

information when you register your child in a Karma Kids Uk Ltd class. Karma Kids Uk Ltd uses customer information solely to fulfil requests for our services and notify you of new services, special events and promotions. Karma Kids Uk Ltd will not sell, share or rent your personally identifiable information to any third party. For our full Privacy Policy & how we use your data please refer to our Privacy Policy.

When using our website, you agree to:
– Seek our written permission if you would like to link to our website or copy our content in any way, shape or form. By supplying us with material via digital or a hard copy, you allow us unlimited, royalty free use of its content.
– Thoroughly read and comply with our Terms and Conditions set out within. Anyone infringing on the aforementioned terms could be excluded from the use of our website.
